This means that before any expert report is written, we personally (“physically” as we say) record your assets and value them according to the actual circumstances – in technical, economic and legal terms.
This is important because the assets recorded in the asset accounting are determined and recorded according to commercial law and tax regulations. Even after a relatively short period of time, these can deviate considerably from the actual circumstances and thus become unsuitable for many corporate decisions.
Our machinery valuation reports meet the strict content and formal requirements of the German Accreditation Body for the EU (EU-certified experts for the valuation of machinery and technical equipment).
Valuations and appraisals of machinery are commissioned by companies for various reasons:
